1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. Please remember to consider the processing time before your order is shipped. Opting for 2 Day air entails 2 days in transit, in addition to the time required for us to process and prepare your order (which may take up to 2 business days). Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted as business days in transit according to FedEx. If you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us through our Contact Us page.

2. Shipping Options:

  • We offer Ground Shipping and Local Pickup options for our customers.

  • Ground Shipping: Please note that Ground Shipping is available only if the weather in your area is lower than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. This is to ensure that your treats arrive in perfect condition without risk of melting or damage.

  • Local Pickup: If you are local to Jacksonville, NC, you have the option to pick up your order directly from our bakery. Select the Local Pickup option during checkout, and we'll have your order ready for you at our designated pickup location.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout and are based on the selected shipping method and destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Standard Shipping: Our most economical shipping choice. Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, FedEx 2 Day, or CDL Standard. It typically takes 1-2 days in transit and is expected to be delivered by the end of the day (usually by 8 PM) on the chosen arrival date.

  • Expedited Shipping: Your order will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx Priority Overnight for faster delivery. It typically takes one day in transit and is expected to be delivered by 8 PM on the chosen arrival date.

  • Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or regulatory limitations. We reserve the right to refuse orders for products that cannot be shipped to the intended destination.

6. Weather Concerns:

During warmer months or in areas with high temperatures, we may temporarily suspend Ground Shipping to ensure the quality and freshness of our treats. In such cases, expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

7. Packaging and Insulation:

To ensure that your treats arrive in perfect condition, we carefully package each order with insulation and ice packs (if necessary) to maintain freshness during transit.
